Well the Natrol Melatonin Time Release worked pretty good the first two nights. That was it. After that I still couldn't fall asleep, which is my worst problem. Once I finally fall asleep at about 3:00 a.m. I stay asleep unless I have to get up to go to the bathroom, then it starts all over again. I really do not want to take prescription sleeping pills because the side effects scare me. But it looks like I might have to. I can't stand it anymore. I am still taking these pills (two pills - 6 mg.) but I don't know if I will purchase them again.Well the Natrol Melatonin Time Release worked pretty good the first two nights. That was it. After that I still couldn't fall asleep, which is my worst problem. HELPS ME SLEEP
Since late teens have suffered from chronic depression and anxiety, which has really impacted negatively on my ability to get some sleep. This helps me drift off, and wake less often through the night. Not a cure, but helpful. Also, good price, and veggie derived rather than animal sourced.

Wanted a downgrade from my mega-scary dose 5 mg Nature's Bounty melatonin capsules. Also wanted something that offered timed-release. Bought this after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately this one does not work for me at all. Not sure if the problem is with the tablets or the company or neither and its just a case of this brand not working with my physiology.
