An item that was sent to me wasn't what I purchased. The seller actually advertised a particular which made me place an order for it, only for the seller to send me a different product. I see a clear case of dishonesty and deception here. The seller has refused to respond to my message after receiving the product. As a first-time buyer, I wasn't expecting this deception. I have attached the image of the product sent to me instead of what was advertised.

Upon arrival, the package was missing 2 decks of cards, and only contained 10 decks. I’m frustrated because I’ve reached out to the seller numerous times concerning the issue and he has not responded. I don’t know if I need to send them back or wait for them to fulfill my order.
