My item was delivered to seller on may 9 and gave him a couple of days to get eta and seller was getting back to me so when he did get back to he was clueless about my item,asking me what name I put it under and I put the purchase order number in the box with name and address and say item wasn’t white I had my tracking number stating it was delivered,waited a few days after and ask and he was still clueless about the item but 10 later item started moving through tracking finally .not fast at al

Messaged them back and tried to help them actually so that part is no true. Assume he has other issues and just figured security remove would fix them all. seems to be a common theme with ppl that dont diagnose security issues correctly.
