The lock was exactly what I was looking for in perfect condition, still in the original packaging. I was a little surprised, however, to only have received one when the ad clearly stated knobs with an S. I contacted the seller who was extremely fast responding and apologized for the typo and stated that he only had one or he would send me the other one right out. Furthermore, he continued by issuing a refund for half of the amount I paid, since I only received one Nob. Highly recommend A+++
