    1st, cost was less than half vs local shops. 2nd, after my package was delivered to his shop, I received a phone call confirming not only receipt but completed progress. 3rd, they offered free shipping or the option to pay $3 more for 3- day shipping. 4th once I received my switch, I noticed the SD card reader wasn't working. Instead of denying responsibility he assured me they test prior to shipping but would cover shipping to/from to reseat the connector. Once reseated all is 100% 10 stars

    First time using a repair service through eBay and I'm so thankful the whole process was fantastic!! I sent a Switch in because it stopped charging. It would still turn on but didn't recognize any Chargers. After tech diagnosed it and swapped the port, it ended up being a blown chip. Communication was great and even with getting the chip swapped, it was still cheaper than having to buy another V1 RCM switch and didn't have to lose any data. Repair process was fast and so was shipping! Thank you!

    Wow! What an amazing repair. Super quick and excellent value. I was worried they were going to try to upsell me another repair. They fixed my issue and shipped it back out quickly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. 100% honest repair shop. Don’t be afraid to ship them your Switch or any other product for repair. You won’t regret it!
