      The heavy steel heads were poorly packaged, and one slipped out of a box in shipping, banged up the end of the head on the area where it seats against the engine block. For DAYS now I’ve tried to communicate to get a refund. They’ve not responded a single time. While I’m confident eBay will handle this, this seller is not one I’d recommend at this point. I understand mistakes happen - things happen.. but when they do, it’s time to man up and take care of the problem vs hiding in the corner.
