Shipment took 10 days to show up because of seller s mistake in the delivery address. Seller reached out to me afterwards and offered a useless accessory as compensation which shows up within 3 days. They are inviting me to upgrade [my] using experience and revise my comment here. Appreciate their proactivity to make things right and hope they will not make the same low-level mistake again.

Not the best purchasing experience. Was told purchase was delayed as they did not see my payment even though eBay confirmed. After multiple messages and calling their number (which didn’t help), they confirmed shipment but it took way too long from time of order. Response time was lackluster and unclear. I’m debating if I should have bought through Amazon or xgimi website for peace of mind. With that said, item came in very good shape and packaging.
