    Have contacted seller multiple times. In this instance the buyer received no protection from ebay-ebays pledge to protect both buyer and seller is bogus. Item never received. Tracking shows item never left the usps mailing site . Insurance and mailing purchased from ebay by seller, Seller, paypal and Ebay have all refused , on 3 separate disputes, to refund the purchase price. Buyer cannot file claim with post office due to nonpossession of original shipping receipts.
