Use a pro media mailer next time! Make shift packaging allowed the shrink on the record to make contact with the industrial tape used to make a substandard shipping package and tore the shrink. Good thing I was extra careful when opening the package to minimize damage. I would be asking for a refund if it was worse! Who cheaps out on packing a 125$ record! Unbelievable. Feedback should be negative but I know it wasn’t intentional.
