Was very bummed because items arrived broken in transit--3 of 5 did (though now, on closer look, 4 of 5, likely) :( but when informed of the shipping issue/breakage/photos, the seller was *very* responsive and we settled on refund terms. Still not sure if it was UPS or perhaps packing items too closely (even with bubble wrap) or even the cold weather, given the age of items. Regardless, professional exchange and amicable end result. I appreciate that, in sellers. I am one myself! :)
