Upon receiving this item I discovered that it did not include the clip board portion (basically just the fabric case) . I contacted the seller and they were very understanding and gave me a partial refund as I didn't feel the description was complete. I was able to use the partial refund to put toward buying a clipboard,so all is well. I asked the seller that in the future they clarify their listing to make it more clear as to what a buyer would/would not receive. All in all, went well.
