The chair was delivered in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with both the packaging, and quality of the chair as a whole. After assembly, I noticed a scratch on the bottom cushion that was very visible, in an area that would be noticed. Upon contacting the seller, we came to an agreement that satisfied me in the form of a fair refund of some of the purchase price. They were very friendly and professional and handled the potentially negative situation extremely well. Very satisfied!

They sent me the wrong scooter, one that was $80 less than the one I ordered. and the one they sent didn’t have a key switch so we could use it if we wanted to. Company asked me to keep it. Even though we can’t turn it on. Would have to buy and install a key switch. Their page says they have 5 more in stock, but they are telling me they don’t have them. I can only return the scooter. My dad is stuck without one. I hope they aren’t scamming everyone this way. Be wary.
