Well, the seller did nothing wrong, but this item is a hunk of junk. I only got it to read ebooks. It's so incredibly slow that it can hardly do that. I think if the android OS got down graded back to 10 or 11, it might run better.

The seller totally ignored the offer, they made no written response. I then purchased an item at their listed price. After I received it, while I was testing it and trying to decide what feedback I might leave, the seller sent me a message, NAGGING ME for 5 star feedback.
