Shoes are identifies as being leather, but it is not genuine leather. In person, it looks nothing like the image online, not in quality nor appearance. It arrived without a box and was crushed. They are totally unusable. I was also asked to pay for return shipping before I could get a refund. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
