Piece was shattered into so many pieces you could not tell what it was. I do not believe this was done in transit. The seller was not happy that I asked for less costly shipping. I agreed to no insurance, and this is what I received. I’d NEVER use this seller again!

I am shocked you would make this baseless claim. I would NEVER damage an item and then ship it. Next time, take my advice and pay for Priority shipping so you have insurance coverage.

I posted neutral because the issue described below has yet to be resolved. Briefly, I received an item other than the one I ordered. The Dale sweater pictured above has not been received. I e-mailed the problem to the seller via My EBAY email, Friday, Feb. 16 2024. No reply from smartredhead as of this time (10:28 AM EST), Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024. Omitting the weekend and Presidents Day, I hope for a reply on a business day later this week.
