    I had placed an order from Pacific Golf on Ebay. After ordering I notice the ad said graphite shafts and the picture showed steel shafts. I call Pacific Golf to make sure the shafts were graphite and they informed me that they were in fact steel. I spoke with Cassandra and she informed me it was an error on their part on the listing and they would find me a set with graphite shafts. She did and got the set I wanted. This is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Exceptional customer service.
