Ordered a large 102 piece Craftsman Tool Kit weighing about 14lbs, and received a 2oz package containing a phone screen saver. Contacted seller and they said distribution center made a mistake. Contacted PayPal who is issuing a refund. Seller very apologetic and even says that the distribution center is reshipping the order. I am changing my negative rating to a positive one due to the sellers willingness to solve the problem as quickly as possible even though it wasted hours of my time.

The case seems to be sturdy. the belt clip is only a plastic clip so I am not sure how long it will last compared to the case. For some reason, shipping was delayed in California, so it took a little longer for the item to arrive. USPS even noted in the tracking that the item was delayed by a "Shipping Partner". Maybe the seller should deal with USPS directly.
