I had trouble getting the Ebay gift card to work, which was fixed 2. the vendor packaged and shipped quickly, but sent the wrong item 3. I returned the item same day and contacted the vendor who seemed unaffected by the error and my inconvenience. 4. because of Ebay policy, I have to wait for my refund until the package gets to the seller 4 days then possibly wait for another 3 days. 5. replacement delayed!
