Had no issues with lock washer failure. By removing one ( Left/Right 4 tine) set at a time using the old set for a pattern to assemble/match the new set, helped make for quick work. All 4 sets replaced and this horse is ready to run. If they don't fit the first go around, try moving one hole out until they do. Hope this helps.

USPS attached a note to the package stating that they were sorry for the damage. However, one of the idler pulleys was separated and didn't get repackage. Explain to the sell what happened and was issued a full refund. Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. Therefore, I can't blame the seller for USPS poor workmanship.
