Item is exactly as described. Brand new in the box! When I was unable to wake my Furby up I contacted the seller. Their response was quick and very helpful. They were able to supply me with a link that demonstrated how to wake up a Furby that was in the box for many years. It worked instantly and my son is so happy to have one of the older model Furbys!
