Rough cut.
This cutter is heavy duty but the cut is pretty rough. The first 2/3 of the cut is smooth. The last 1/3 crumbles leaving a jagged edge. If you are a perfectionist then this cutter probably isn't for you. If you will be covering the cut edge with trim then this rough cut dosent even matter. I ended up using my chop saw with amazing results.

Not for LVP flooring
It says it cuts vinyl but not vinyl plank flooring. Maybe good to cut peel and stick tiles but won’t touch the thickness of LVP flooring.
