After purchasing item, but no news or movement after about 3-4 days, I wrote the seller asking about possible shipping dates as it was to be a gift. After receiving no communication back after Day 5/6, I requested the seller to cancel my order as I no longer felt comfortable with the purchase. The seller refunded, but never took the time to write a message back about anything throughout the entire pending transaction. Very unhelpful, and I plan on not purchasing from this seller in the future.

If I could have given more stars, I would have. All 3 palettes arrived three days after purchase. Brand new, still shrink wrapped, no damage. Such fast shipping! I was content to wait, but I didn’t have too! I like this Rude brand very much. Thank you! I’ll have to keep this seller and check in.
