They sent me the wrong item. But also refunded me money. I could use the item so I gave it to salvation army. They said it wasn't worth sending back. Great customer service

If I could, I'd give this seller 6 stars. The post office lost the item during shipping. Since there was a tracking number both the seller and I could see that shipping was fouled up. The seller unilaterally offered to send a replacement item. This was for a rather inexpensive item so bending over backwards for this type of service is quite unusual. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  • Handy in the lab.

The small size drive has a very good speed, 7200RPM, and Sata interface. Large enough to hold a Microsoft OS like Vista or Windows, was what I needed. In my lab, I generally use each computer for a single use, and with no kids, I am not filling the drive with games, music, and movies. Well, maybe some movies, heh. If I ever need a computer for a friend, I can use it too. Most of them guys want internet, youtube, etc., and could never use a huge drive. My biggest spare in the closet was 40 gigabytes, which a poor fella needed, so this was the replacement.

  • Fast IDE desktop hard disk drive for older systems

I purchased a couple of these to revive an older PC that I intend to use as a loaner to customers when I fix their own systems. It's large enough to accommodate any Windows OS xp, vista, 7 etc., standard applications and user files. Coupled with it's speed, they enabled my spare PC to have pretty decent performance considering it's age.

  • Ebay is a boon in this hard hit economy

My PC was giving me a lot of problem and I was on the verge of going out to buy a new Desktop PC. Then thought of trying to change the hard drive and see what what the differenec in costs would be for me. I was surprised. As an end result, I bought this hard drive, and saved appx. 300 USD. and my PC is as good as a new one. If any one of us has little knowledge of fixing small problems in a PC, there is no need to buy a new PC every now and then. MY PC is with me since last 10 years and still runs as good as any new one.

  • Works great

For the price it works great. It works like other hard drive but this is a 80gb. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
