Seller honest and helpful. This whole transaction was a mess, PKG got lost and was sent to California instead of South Carolina, contacted seller and they did everything to track it down, package arrived about a week late but it arrived, seller made it right with partial refund and a coupon for future, due to being late. laptop was delivered without power cord, seller had new one sent via amazon. Will buy from again, this could have been a disaster but ended up being a positive experience.
