    Wrong item sent, very poor customer service, was not happy with their response time or solution to the issue. Received my item several weeks after they advertised, too late to give as a gift and they wanted me to pay for the wrong item that was sent. Had me return it, sent me the shipping label but did not compensate me in any way for the 30min drive to FedEx one-way, gas, or the packing supplies I had to buy to repack it. Overall extremely disappointed, too bad because their maps are awesome.
