However I used a shipping service then DHL so couldnhave been damage by any handler. Impressed by how quickly the seller responded to the problem and issued a refund the same day as I couldn't wait again for a replacement coming from China via Canada into the US then out to me in the Caribbean. Shame buy I would put base again because 1/3 the cost of parts on my island. 10/10 for good service.
