Good experience overall. The breaker came nicely packaged. Item was described as new open box but I believe this is not accurate and that the breaker was indeed used. It was missing a screw on the lug cover plate and there were minor signs of wear and tear not consistent with a new item. I would encourage more truthful descriptions by sellers of breakers as the temptation to describe and sell a used breaker as new is understandable due to the nature of many real-world breaker use scenarios.

    Good price point for product

    For the price it is a value, however, the breaker was poorly packaged one of the contact strips for bolting the breaker to the buss bar was severely bent and will need to be reformed/straightened to attach it to the panel buss bar. This could and should have been eliminated before shipping with a simple Styrofoam block added to the brown paper packing.
