    I appreciate everything shopgormet A KeHE Solution has done to make me, their customer happy during this process. They have helped immensely, communicated quickly and done all they could to see that I got my order quickly and safely. However, the flaw that they could not fix is UPS. The first order was actually destroyed and the second order had part of the order broken. The shipping box was marked FRAGILE with a huge label covering a large part of the box. I don't see how they stay in business

    This business is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I ordered some air freshener based on the image used and the description for the product. A different product was shipped. When inquired , Eric indicated the product came from a supplier warehouse, and we determined the warehouse did not provide updated information to "shop gourmet" regarding the change. The company issued a refund and apologized for any inconvenience. I will shop this company again.
