Shipping was fast and the product was new and durable, but the description said “new in box” and it arrived without the box, which created a storage issue for us. The seller did offer to send us the box and explained that the box increased shipping costs. Understood, but that should have appeared in the description. “New in box without the box” has a certain ring to it!
