The item arrived as shown, packaged well and delivered on time. However, the buying experience was a little annoying. I've purchased many items on ebay that are labeled "Make an Offer". This seller seemed not interested in a buyer making an offer. I made two offers of which the seller rejected both, and made no counter offers. Personally, I find this behavior rude and not very customer friendly. Fortunately for the seller, I wanted the blender, so I just paid the asking price.
