Responsive seller & fast delivery! Received all 8 boxes the same day! 4 boxes in the morning and the other 4 in the afternoon. Everything came packaged well. There was just a few that had the screws, washers etc scattered inside the ottoman. I reached out to the seller and they had my missing items sent UPS a few days later. Couch is beautiful, we renovated the basement for our 2 teenage girls and they wanted a “Pitt” style modular couch and this was perfect & the price was as amazing!!Thank you
