I tried to work with this seller privately, but they responded. Said they were sorry but that it wasn't their fault that I was wrong and it must be due to eBay shipping. The fact is that they shipped a unit that was a different model number than they advertised and when it came the box inside and the unit was covered with black grease and took me hours and hours to clean up. And as such ruined the gift I was giving to my wife.
