Angle Grinder seems to work well. Packing was poor, everything in a box without any padding at all rattling around in box, box in plastic bag in rough shape with hole poked through box. The cut off wheels were shrink wrapped as were grinding wheels each had marks scuffs but the ones I used worked fine.
