Only ok, not great... Seller printed label immediately so that ebay system would register that they shipped quickly, but he actually did not give to USPS until 10 days later. Description was inaccurate too - it wasn't even close to "new" that was advertised... Missing some and the box had been taped back together after pieces of the box were torn out for dispensing. Incredibly long shipping delay bothered me more than missing exercise band.
