Not as Described received the lesser cheaper model than the one I purchased further frustrated by a 17 day back and forth with seller who refused to rectify. Poor buying experience, and on top of that the scanner only receives one weather channel intermittently when I asked why I only received a non response. Avoid this seller at all cost.

I ordered the Thetford 31705 RV toilet valve and in the ebay listing it shows a package with the Thetford label. The valve arrived almost immediately, but the valve is not Thetford. I ordered the valve from them and paid about 30% more than the other valves for sale because I was under the impression that it was an original Thetford. Seller did offer to have me return it or get $3 credit. I opted for the $3 because I needed the valve right away. Not good business practice to deceive buyers.
