I plugged the light in that was supposed to be working, and it did not. I tried a no good light, and it lights up fine, but this item does not. Tried it in a second circuit, and it failed as well. The item is obviously defective, but the seller is not willing to give me a full refund on defective Item

Item was received late December and customer messaged early February stating the item did not work. I offered a partial refund as it was outside of the 30 days since receiving item. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help or resolve the issue to your liking
