    A Beneficial Product

    This Benifiber Healthy Shape product is used by my wife and is the only thing that really helps her. She has diverticulitis, and 18" of her colon were removed in surgery about a year ago. Its been hard to find but is well worth it.

    A Good Healthy Digestive and Loss Weight Product

    Since I have IBS/D, I use Benefiber Healthy Choice. It does not give me painful cramps when I drink this fiber. All other liquids like miralax and citricil gives me pains in my solon area. So I have to take it 3xs a day to be effective.

    Doesn't thicken what I put it in. Dissolves right away. I typically put it in green tea or yogurt. Good for breakfast. I have busy days and sometimes not enough time for lunch so it keeps me feeling full enough before I can grab something. I love it
