I ordered an extra length 10 mm combination wrench. Seller sent a 32 mm service wrench in which the package it was in was mislabeled as being the 10mm combo wrench. At receipt I immediately notified the seller who stated they would issue a refund upon return of the wrench. They never sent me a return label though and I only received a return label after opening a case with EBAY. I understand mistakes take place ( mislabeled package) but to only get action by opening a case w EBAY is bad service
