I can not even use this! It is obviously old ( expired) The eyeliner fell out of the pencil right when I opened the package. The eyeliner upon me picking it up to try to put it back in the pencil, broke into. It is sooo dried out , it will not even work!! I will just throw it away!! So unfair, it is listed As Is, however seller also listed it brand new and as I said it is obviously expired. Contacted seller and they basically said product listed AS IS. That was it!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Maybelline Pencil Eye Liner
Nice product. Goes on easy and the sponge tip on one end is SO convenient, plus it includes clear hard plastic covers for both ends. I use it as an eyebrow pencil- works great! Problem is, I never can find the Charcoal color anymore in stores. Black is too harsh (I’m a senior lady) and brown looks ridiculous with my silver hair. But thus color is perfect because I can lighten it or darken by just how much pressure I apply. Nice product.
