Item is as described and was shipped in a timely manner. Communication with the seller is lacking. We have asked for a Manufacturer's Data Report and an ASME certificate. We received the ASME certificate, but require the Manufacturer's Data Report. Each time we ask, they send us the ASME again. The Data Report and ASME are two different documents and the seller does not seem to understand. I have even sent a copy of what we need and still no understanding.
