As described. The seller even left me detailed notes on the function of the serger. Thank you. Communication was excellent. Shipping was fast. But it needed to be packaged better as there was no protective shipping box. Only the product packaging(minus the original styrofoam to stop it from being knocked around inside the box), some bubble wrap, and lots of tape. Thankfully it wasn't damaged in shipment and porch pirates didn't see it, because it was in the serger packaging.

Facial feature is fine, the rest not so much
The facial steamer feature is what I wanted, and it works fine. The directions suggest putting a towel over your head, but I don’t like doing that. I tried the “warm towel” feature and it is not great — the space for the towel (ie, washcloth, and only a small one) is tiny; it comes out too hot to touch, then within a minute cools to the point of uselessness. I havent used it as a humidifier. Can’t see the point, with such a small water reservoir. (It might hold 2 cios of water at a stretch, not more.)The facial steamer feature is what I wanted, and it works fine. Worked great first day...after second use, it started to shoot out hot water when using the facial steamer very disappointed!! Cleaned and drained it out for third use it still continued to shoot hot water out causing serious pain and burns..

Great product. t's easy to use and of great quality. The extraction tools are sturdy. No assembly required and has multiple uses. Steam action takes only a couple of minutes to start up which I think is quick. The only disadvantage I can point out is if you're steaming your face in an area with some kind of wind flowing (from air conditioner or fan) you'll need a towel to put over your head and the steamer to keep it directed at you.Great product. t's easy to use and of great quality.
