I can not even use this! It is obviously old ( expired) The eyeliner fell out of the pencil right when I opened the package. The eyeliner upon me picking it up to try to put it back in the pencil, broke into. It is sooo dried out , it will not even work!! I will just throw it away!! So unfair, it is listed As Is, however seller also listed it brand new and as I said it is obviously expired. Contacted seller and they basically said product listed AS IS. That was it!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tried several under eye concealers, tried this on a whim because I've always trust physicians formula products, but the low price made me feel it wouldn't do much concealing. Turns out I love it, goes on smooth light and give a hint of highlight. Perfect for days you need do a quick face!!
