I can not even use this! It is obviously old ( expired) The eyeliner fell out of the pencil right when I opened the package. The eyeliner upon me picking it up to try to put it back in the pencil, broke into. It is sooo dried out , it will not even work!! I will just throw it away!! So unfair, it is listed As Is, however seller also listed it brand new and as I said it is obviously expired. Contacted seller and they basically said product listed AS IS. That was it!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Condition is listed "as-is" and even mentions that a sharpener may be required. The product is still within sealed packaging. Due to the discontinued nature of the item, the item's integrity will, of course, vary. Nevertheless, we offered to accept the return, but the buyer refused.

    It doesn't plump your lips up at all. I don't even feel a slight tingling ? Maybe it needs more peppermint oil, i don't know. It's nice as a gloss but it doesn't do the job that is advertised

    This seems to maybe work for a short while, or it could just be the glossy sheen that creates the illusion of plumper lips. Not sure which.
