Do not purchase from this seller. Zero stars all around. I ordered an under eye cream which was listen as “New”. It arrived without any packaging, clearly used with hardly any product inside. I contacted seller for refund and seller gave no explanation and did not offer refund. Instead seller asked me to return item. to return it would’ve cost half of what I already paid for a near empty tube of under eye cream that seller fraudulently sold to me.

Item is listed as no box, pictured as no box. Why do you demand a box to begin with? Suppose you don't read or see lists and description before purchasing, we had already offered you return but you rejected. So is pure robbery or gangster threatening your philosophy when shopping online?

Super fast shipping, especially since the seller was on vacation; and, brand new product, just as described. It didn’t come in a box, but I think that was mentioned in the remarks about the product. The product is super small; I didn’t realize how tiny it would look even though the size/ounces were in the description.
