It was packed in an Amazon Prime box. eBay customer service said it seemed to be legit use of "Fulfillment By Amazon". It still looks like drop shipping to me. I know most people don't care but it should be marked on the eBay posting that it may come from Amazon. When I make the choice to avoid them, I shouldn't end up using them anyway.
