Product was supposed to arrive 2 weeks earlier. Received after 1 month of waiting although i paid premium shipping. Contacted seller, seller didnt even have the correct shipping information and didnt have a clue where the product was. Seller is not responsible and only offered $5 discount!! After receiving the item, it didnt list my vehicle on the chip (w213) waste of time and effort!!!

Seller sold me a faulty part the harness on this part was required and wouldn’t let the car shift he reset me a harness that wouldn’t even plug into my car saying that it would fix the issue and now won’t contact me back about it I just wanted my car to shift properly and I know it would if the wiring harness was correct
