Although eBay's International Shipping Program leaves something to be desired! Significantly raises the shipping costs, resulting in the item being shipped TWICE, once by the seller to the ISP depot, and then for the ISP depot to repack the item, and re-direct the shipment to an International destination. Of course, eBay makes a hefty commission on every transaction using this program!
