First time ordering from this company, but seemed to have good reviews. Ordered a reel and noticed I had my old address on the delivery info. 100% my fault, messaged them a few times and got nothing. Luckly the place I moved out of is still vacant and I was able to track down my package. Will not be doing business with them again. What a joke, at least communicate and let me know you can’t do anything about it.
