Received the crutch and all pieces were accounted for. I would say that the reconditioned item is "like new" not new as other people have reported. You can see that there are some wear marks on the cushioning from previous use. If those were replaced I don't think I could distinguish from new. Also surprised at the price of shipping from other sellers given that the whole crutch was able to ship in a box that same size as a shoe box.
