The item arrived as described and packaged well. However, I wasn’t able to use the product because it does Not adjust from the knee up. I have a short distance between my knee and my crotch so the thigh support would be gouging my stomach area. The product does appear to be well made and probably would be useful to others without my issue. The bottom section does adjust but it did Not help my situation. Thank God, I only have a week left until I can walk in the boot. Yay

What an excellent transaction and quality product. Customer service was "Outstanding" and once received, setup was a breeze with the online assembly instructional videos. I was up and walking on the iWALK3.0 immediately, but kindly note that I had some time on a knee scooter prior to which helped me understand balance. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this hands free crutch to anyone who has undergone foot surgery!

It shipped fast and fits my long legs, barely. It's not as easy to balance on it as some reviews make it seem, though. After several hours using it for general walking and very light work, I still have to use a cane when walking. But it's made well. Oh, and if you don't know, like I didn't, it's really hard on your knee supporting your weight as you walk with this on.
